A Brief History of Our Plastic Injection Molding Company
In 1997 we established our plastic injection molding company with two employees and one Arburg molding machine.
Since then we have experienced tremendous growth and success.
Highlights include:
- 1997 - ISO Certification
- 2002 – 4,000 ft2 of additional space added + Recertification to new ISO 9002/2000
- 2003 – 6,000 ft2 of additional space added
- 2004 – Implementation of a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system
- 2005 – ISO 9001/2000, AS9100B, TS16949/2002 certifications
- 2006 - Implementation of Kaizen and SMED to increase productivity and reduce waste
Our plastic injection molding company currently has 48 employees and 18 injection molding machines.
Our 12,000 ft2 plant is conveniently located in Baie D’Urfe, Quebec, 15 minutes from the Montreal International Airport. We are in operation 5 days a week, 24 hours per day.
